    I needed a recovery workout this morning, so I dragged my daughter to the pool with me.  We took turns making up sets.

    8 x 50 focus on streamline and turn @ :50

    4 x 50 choice drill @ 1:00

    6 x 100 focus on distance per stroke @ 1:30

    4 x 100 @ 1:25 mod-fast-faster-easy by 25

    4 x 200 build @ 2:50

    2 x 400 pull @ 5:20
