300 @ 4:15 every 4th length back, descend by round

4 x 50 descend @ :50 25ba/25fr

 

3x (kick w/fins):

200 strong @ 3:00

100 moderate @ 1:30

    Main (Today's workout was supposed to be a sprint workout with fast broken swims.  I'm on the back end of a nasty cold, so I just swam everything easy today):

    3 x 200 #1 straight @ 2:45, #2 broken at the 100 for :10 @ 2:55, #3 broken @ 50 for :05 @ 3:20

    6 x 50 easy pull @ :45

    3 x 100 #1 straight @ 1:40, #2 broken at the 50 for :10 @ 1:50, #3 straight @ 1:40

    4 x 75 easy kick @ 1:30

    1 x 100 @ 1:40

    8 x 25 @ :40

    300 easy

    3 x 100 IM @ 1:40
