4 x 75 @ 1:15 50ba/25fr

4 x 25 @ :30 odds ba, evens fr

 

Main:

4x:

300 @ 4:15 every 4th length back, descend by round

4 x 50 descend @ :50 25ba/25fr

 

3x (kick w/fins):

200 strong @ 3:00

100 moderate @ 1:30

 

500 easy

    Sorry that I haven't posted for a while.  I missed a few pool sessions because I've been enjoying the amazing snow for skiing.

    One swim buddy. We didn't have enough time to swim 100 x 100 as our 10 year old daughters came to swim too and didn't want to wait that long for us.

    50 x 100

    1-10 warm up @ 1:30

    11-20 kick w/fins @ 1:30

    21-30 pull @ 1:20

    31-40 3 @ 1:20, 1 @ 1:15, 1 @ 1:30 x2

    41-50 3x(50stroke IM order/50 fr) last 100 IM @ 1:35

    100 easy
