300 @ 4:15 every 4th length back, descend by round

4 x 50 descend @ :50 25ba/25fr

 

3x (kick w/fins):

200 strong @ 3:00

100 moderate @ 1:30

    There were 10 of us this morning -- and only two lanes.  First time swimming 5 to a lane in a long time.  It was nice!

    2 x 300 pull build @ :10 rest

    8 x 50 @ :05 rest odds: rotating IM by 25, evens kick IM order

    Main:

    9 x 200 alt @ 2:40, 2:35, 2:30

    9 x 100 3 @ 1:30, 3 @ 1:20, 3 @ 1:15

    100 easy swim

    400 social kick w/fins
