    8 x 25 Choice :10 rest choice descend 1-4/5-8

     

    Main set (2x through but  instead of 8 x 25, do 4 x  25's on round 2 and take :10 off 400, 300, 200, 100 free intervals)

    8 x25 Fly :30 descend 1-4/5-8

    400 Free 5:30 moderate breathing either 3-5-7-3 or 2-4-6-2 by 25's

    8 x25 Back :30 descend 1-4/5-8
