300 @ 4:15 every 4th length back, descend by round

4 x 50 descend @ :50 25ba/25fr

 

3x (kick w/fins):

200 strong @ 3:00

100 moderate @ 1:30

    Water was miserable this morning -- HOT!  I had to add to all my intervals to try to keep from over heating

    4 x 50 drill/swim

    4 x 50 5 strokes fast/6 strokes easy then build

     

    Main:

    2 x 400 @ 6:15

    4 x 200 @ 3:10

    16 x 50 @ :50 odds easy, evens fast

     

    100 easy swim/200 easy kick/300 easy pull/200easy swim/100easy kick
