I'm a 30yo Italian swimmer. I used to be a competitive swimmer till my early 20s, and now I'm training alone 3 times / week.
Every time I'm looking for some good workouts resource online, somehow I end on the usms forums.
I can't have access to the premium workouts and I'm wondering if the paid membership is worth also for someone who is not from U.S..

ho anch’io una storia simile alla tua...ho 31 anni; smesso di nuotare agonisticamente a 19. Ora vivo in California, sono tesserato con USMS per gareggiare ed ogni tanto mi alleno con un club qui a Los Angeles.
Ti sconsiglio vivamente di buttare i soldi per gli allenamenti premium che postano qui sui forum. Non ne vale la pena.
