Hello everybody! I have started to training in a local swimming pool .I want a program around 2500 m to improve my skills I don't like butterfly.I go three times a week there . I have tried in open water . Max distance there is around 3 km .One time of week I do free weights 3 x10 pull aps ,3x10 push ups 3x10 parrallel dips e.t.c. .Also in my free time I like running or biking.In the past I had train in martial arts and special in tkd and kik boxing about 10 years.I have started there from April and I don't loose my time.Sorry about my English.
