I was having issues swimming more than 2000-2500 yards, but have overcome it with this modified ladder - I highly suggest it!
50, 100, 200, 250, 300 IM (I do one arm fly), 400, 5 x 100 stroke (I do back stroke), 400, 300 IM, 250, 200, 100 then a 50. 3600 yards - just over 2 miles!
