I want to devote 1-2 days a week doing kick-only main sets, to try and improve my kick, and was just curious if anyone had some good 800-1200yd kick-sets to help mix it up?

There's always the classic 8x100s on FPP. Or you could do 3 build up, 3 build down, 3 steady, 3 fast if you want to do 12.
