Kick main-sets

I want to devote 1-2 days a week doing kick-only main sets, to try and improve my kick, and was just curious if anyone had some good 800-1200yd kick-sets to help mix it up?

Two suggestions...if you really want to improve your kick work on it everyday not just 1-2x a week. Second, take any of the workouts that you have done and enjoyed as swim sets and convert them to a kick set...
