Hi,
I am looking for workouts that are post-surgery friendly. In August 2011, I had surgery on my left shoulder to repair a SLAP type II/V tear. I've been swimming using both arms (versus one-arm swimming/drills) since November and am seeking ideas for drills, sets, etc. to change things up from the routine workouts I've been doing. Thanks for any help!

I still have lower back pain after the surgery and my doctor says I'd better refuse to any workouts. In fact, I feel the urge to start doing sports again but I really don't want to make any more harm to my back... So maybe just quick stretching and of course no abdominal workouts
