Long Course WorkOuts?

Hey Everyone, I have been a swimmer most of my life. I'm 26 and started competing at 5. I love challenging workouts and have been using workouts found on here paired with my Master's Swim Team (in California). Sadly I just moved back to my "home" (I'm an Army wife) in BFE Louisiana. I have yet to find a team close enough. I've continued to use the work outs here, my problem is that my pool here is a 50 meter pool. While I've competed in them occasionally; I am much more familiar with 25 meter pools and workouts designed for 25 meter pools. Does anyone know of workouts that are tailored to the 50 meter pool? Or how I could modify some of the short course workouts to work for a long course? Any suggestions would be welcome. I am excited to have a long course pool for the next 18 months ish and will be excited when I can compete, practice, and enjoy a 50 meter as much as I do the 25 meter pool. Thanks everyone! ~Allie~ :)
