I found a pool for the summer. my limit is 1 hour on the pool per day . I doing dryland 2-3 times a week and I want to swim 3 times a week. I want to improve my butterfly and freestyle before college. know any good workouts I can build up to before season starts. (btw this is D3)
Heres my time last season: I was 5'10 and weighted 205
