College preseason. NEED HELP!

I found a pool for the summer. my limit is 1 hour on the pool per day . I doing dryland 2-3 times a week and I want to swim 3 times a week. I want to improve my butterfly and freestyle before college. know any good workouts I can build up to before season starts.
