My pleasure. As an fyi, these are the names WE have given to these drills...some coaches/groups may call them something else. If you do one of these drills currently but have a different name, send my way and I will include in the commentary on the drill. Same if you use a really awesome drill that is not listed...I would love to know what it is! If I can figure it out :) I will even video tape it unless you have a video in which case send it over and I will post it!
