Looking for some suggestions for a few workouts for my swimmers. In 3 weeks they are going to the state meet, one of them in the 100 and 200 free and another in the 50 free. I am looking to give them some new sets during the next two weeks that we have not done this season. Anything from sprint, some distance, and hypoxic sets.

todays workout:
6 x 200
8 x 100
10 x 50
12 x 25 (waves set thx)
15 secs rest during sets, anywhere between 1 - 2 min. between sets depending on how they were doing.
Tomorrows workout:

I haven't figured out rest yet, but the 50s will be sprint adapted practice from one of your sets lump!
