I was terribly sick :badday:for 9 days and was completely out of the water for 5 days:( Last week, I slowly got back in the water and now I need to get back on track for Clovis. It wasn't too bad this morning.

I was tired and felt tight. I also have been dealing with pain in the medial aspect of my right knee. The most important thing for me was to finish the workout. Last week my longest workout was 3000 (easy) yards.
