Dear all swimmers,
I am new to multivitamin and before I post this question, I used wholefoods adult multivitamin.
Now I would like to switch to more famous brand like GNC, Centrum, etc,
Could you please recommend a multivitamin for an amateur swimmer?
Generally, I swim 3 times a week, one hour each time. I am 23 years old.
Thank you for your help!

It's definitely a good idea to always take a good quality multivitamin as opposed to a cheap one that is of poor quality. Some of the poor ones just pass right through you and don't absorb at all. However, that doesn't mean you need a really expensive one or a huge brand name. I've actually read that Centrum vitamins are notorious for passing right through you and being found in the sewers with the lettering even still on them. One brand I've tried and really like is called Rainbow Light. Their multis are food-based, which makes them absorb better. They are a great quality. You should be able to find them at Whole Foods, but I get mine online a little cheaper.
