Well, that's a bit of a shame...

The coached workouts threads seem to be restricted to actual USMS members. Fair enough, I guess, but they've always been the main (possibly only) reason I visited the site. I got a lot of my workouts (mainly "Distance Free") courtesy of Chris Layton and Scott Hofteizer over the last 2 years or so, and tips from the other coaches. Thanks for making that possible, chaps!

Everybody wants something for nothing. When I was more in to triathlons, I paid 50 dollars a month for a cook book online program... Oops. Listen, Whatever knowledge I have I give to anyone that asks. For free. We are a community of athletes who help each other. That's what keeps the sport strong and welcoming. You say everyone wants something for nothing. Why does everyone need to make a buck off of someone else. I'm done with discussion on this. It just stinks that everyone has to pay now and that the old workouts were even removed. How does that look? Don't get all mad that a few people are expressing their opinions on a new change. It's obvious, if we want the workouts we pay $40. That's not really what it's all about though. Good luck to you.:blah:
