The coached workouts threads seem to be restricted to actual USMS members. Fair enough, I guess, but they've always been the main (possibly only) reason I visited the site.
I got a lot of my workouts (mainly "Distance Free") courtesy of Chris Layton and Scott Hofteizer over the last 2 years or so, and tips from the other coaches. Thanks for making that possible, chaps!

I understand why it's for USMS members only. It's just a bummer that non members now have to pay. Either way I have to pay this year to compete but, others are just out there swimming wanting some guidance which is where I was last year. Also being that this is a public forum one may think that all of it should be public. I think the forum is a wonderful resource, it was just a bit shocking to see it segregated now.
