I`m trying to decide in which order to complete my workouts. I want to swim 4x week. Is it better to swim first and then hit that spin class/treadmill/strength session or vice versa?

Swim, bike, run....that is the order that I personally prefer. I get the most workout out of the swimming, then I tackle the bike, then finish off with the run. Just my personal opinion.
