Hello everyone and hope you are doing well :) I have my first meet in 14 years on Nov. 21 - 22 and was wondering if anyone had any workouts/drills/weights/drylands that could help out hehhe I have been swimming on my own here and there (nothing to hard, remembering how to breathe really hehe) but I am starting back up with a team on Monday and very excited about that one. So if anyone has any ideas that would be GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
