Hey all -
I've read some things on the internet that says that controlled frequency breathing (breathing 3-5-7-5 by 25 in a 100) can over time reduce your heartrate and ventilation rates in response to excercise.
Does anyone have any good breathing workouts?
I'm getting sick of my usual suspects:
75s or 100s breathing 3-5-7-5 and not into and out of walls.
Underwater 25s with a return sprint 25 (at 15-20 rest).
Thanks!
