I'm a strong swimmer, but have never raced so I'm new to all the lingo. Is there somewhere I can go on line that has beginner workouts?

The past 2 days I have been doing this:
99m (33x3) x 4 sets with 12 breaths between each set.
66m (33x2) x 4 sets with 8 "" "" "" "" "" "".
33m (33x1) x 4 sets with 4 "" "" "" "" "" "".
792 meters in total.
I am hoping to increase those sets with another 33 meters each week. So next week I will do 122 x 4, 99 x 4, 66 x 4.
