I'm a strong swimmer, but have never raced so I'm new to all the lingo. Is there somewhere I can go on line that has beginner workouts? Thanks!

When I go to Mexico the pool I have to swim from one corner of the pool and across the pool to the opposite corner. This gives me 5 lengths makes a 100. It sure would be great to have that size pool to work out in. Measure for accuracy it may be 33 and 1 third long. Your 33 meter pool is a great size, 3 lengths of 33m makes nearly 100m. I would be doing lots of one length and two length swimming. Oh to have that long a pool to train in. Some great swimmers came out of 20 yard pools. You could measure 33 and a third meters and sink a clothes line so you will swim 100m instead of 99m by using it as a guide. We used to do that at Camp AkoMak from dock to dock so the swimmers could swim staight. Where ever you see a 25 make it a 33 when you see 50 do 2 lengths and it works out to 66m. I would get my 99 time and count it as a 100 time divide by 3 and it will give you a time for your 33m swims, double that it will give you the time for the 66m.
