I'm a strong swimmer, but have never raced so I'm new to all the lingo. Is there somewhere I can go on line that has beginner workouts?

I understand what your'e talking about. I am a fairly new swimmer and have passed on alot of workouts because I didn't understand the lingo. I have been to swimplan.com and it seems alright.
