2 months to get back in shape!

Any suggestions are appreciated. I swam masters in FL (48 year old female) but since moved to TN to a town that just opened up their indoor pool after repairs. The pool is 25.7 meters in length. I want to participate in a 1.5 mile river swim over labor day. My best events were the 1650/1500, 5k and 10k open water, but I have been out of the water for awhile and need to get back into shape. My 1650 time 3 years ago was 23min.48 sec, the fastest person in my age group last year in this swim was 43 min. 37 sec. I can swim 4 days a week, possibly twice a day on those days and strength training the other days. I would love any suggestions on how to get ready for this swim with hopefully a competitive edge.
