:woot:yes i am aware that steroids are bad for you; please do not respond to this forum bashing my choice to take them.
i am a decent swimmer who needs to be great. i am currently a lifeguard for my county and i am making 11.50 an hour. i want to move up and work at another place, i wont say where, and make 19.50. point is i need to know what steroid is the best for a swimmer to take to increase my run and swim time. is there a steroid that increase endurance and speed while helping build lean muscle? assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated as i have respect for swimmers abroad. thanks for taking the time to read my forum i look forward to hearing responses..

Wyatt,
There isn't an easy fix.
Buck up and train.
Before even considering using steroids, you need to at least post what your current exercise routine is. How often? How long? Etc.. As I'm sure you can maximize your results with a change/increase in training. This is a MUCH better approach than taking a needle.

Dude don't do roids period. Unless you want to deal with growing breasts, shrunken testicles, disintegrated liver, kidney disease, big ass "Strahan" gap in your grill, etc etc etc.
Remember the top jocks messing with this stuff have docs on call to keep an eye on things. You don't want to dabble with this stuff and end up dead at 40.
Steroids are just not worth it, and if it's to get a lifeguard job, find some other way. I'm not coming down on you, but just think maybe you don't know the risks is all. You can do it through hard work training, and the right diet.
Good luck

If you want to increase your times, then "lots and lots of junk food".
(Sorry, couldn't resist.)
If you want to decrease your times (i.e., be faster), that's another story. 99% of the advice you'll get here is to stay away from
:roids: and that is/will be good advice.
Good Luck.
