I am putting all of the Masters workouts I have written (from the last 16 years) online in a searchable database for free use. I have saved every workout I have ever written and have about 500 or so in the database so far. You can go to
www.swimwestside.com/.../wsscworkoutssearch.html
if you want to use it. Comments/feedback are welcome. I am not going to charge a fee like some of those other sites and want this to be a free resource for the Masters community. Once I have the first thousand or so in, I am going to try and develop some sort of online ranking system but for now they are just searchable.

You can also have your swimmers track their workouts and yardage if they set up an account and save their completed workouts. It'll graph their yardage, make a table of their workouts, and write notes about the practice they completed. We find it useful so the swimmers feel more engaged in their training.
just wanted to say thanks for the workouts!! so neat how that works. is there any way to post a comment on it? i did a set on saturday that nearly killed me but was really good.
You can post comments on Dynoswim workouts by first setting up an account, then go to the workout you'd like to comment on and post your comments.
Let me know if that helps. I'm glad you've found the site helpful.
