Hi, I'm an age group swimmer, so I suppose I'm a bit out of place here, heh heh. I saw this forumn with some great workouts so I thought I'd try it out.
I'm on a swimming vacation for three weeks, in between sessions, but I don't want to stop swimming. I have a 25m pool to swim in and I was looking for 1 to 1.5 hour workouts with distances like 3,000-5,000m.
The only problem is, I am injured, and can't swim the breastroke.
Anyone willing to suggest a workout?
