There are lots of secrets that makes fly faster. -technique (mostly hands and head position) -cordination (breathing, pushing, kicking) -muscle (trainning) Suggestions? experiences? ideas? I need help, im reallyyyy slow 200 im = 2.20' 200 fly =

Swimming butterfly Most of the people would say that the less breaths you take the faster you will go. At some point, some swimmers like Phelps might be able to maintain the speed even when they breath every stroke. Im far far away from that point. but I actually feel faster if I breath at least every two strokes. I think I just get used to it, if dont, my arms would start falling down and my speed would decrease a lot. Less kick power too (no real explanation). I also have a problem by placing my head down after the recovery, if i do it right it would help my second kick before start pushing down. Any suggetion?
