how many times...do you?
50 meter: I dont even kick, and almost no breath (just get crazy)
100 meter: Some kick, and I breath every 2 strokes
200 meter: A lot of kick, and I breath almost every stroke
I never breath the last stroke before the wall, and also the first stroke after kicking the wall is no-breathing.
There are lots of secrets that makes fly faster.
-technique (mostly hands and head position)
-cordination (breathing, pushing, kicking)
-muscle (trainning)
Suggestions? experiences? ideas?

I do: sets ...
-20 x (25 fly, 50 free,25 fly)
-8 x 200 fly fast, free easy
-8 x (100 fly, 75 fly, 50 fly, 25 fly)
-20 x 25 fly no breath, drill, fast,
...lots of drills before...
-kick fly on your back, on both sides,
-One arm, 2 kicks, etc
Sometimes I try to do fly-chain
10 x 25 fly
5 x 50 fly
3 x 100 fly (with fins)
200 fly
3 x 100 fly (with fins)
5 x 50 fly
10 x 25 fly
No timing.
