Hello all. I swam competitively for many years and played water polo but that's been about 15+ years ago. Tonight I swim again for the first time. I plan to do what I can and see how it goes. Does anyone have any info on the terminology used for the workouts/sets in some of the examples? I ask because when I used to swim the coach would put the workouts on the board and I knew what it all meant then but don't recall everything. I know what a 100, 200, etc. is but am looking for some clarification. Thanks.
