Could anyone tell me what dose "distance group,stroke group,sprint group mean? these words ccome from the "North Baltimore Aquatic Club 's Workout Grid".

Generally Distance Group would be those who primarily focus on the longer races like the mile, the Stroke Group would be those who swim back, *** and fly in addition to freestyle, and the sprint group would be those whose concentration is on the short races like the 50 and 100.
You don't have to categorize yourself. In my case I try to do it all.
