Swim or Weights First?

First thread so go easy on me! Forgive me if this has been asked before, but I was wondering if it is better to swim before you do weights or vice versa? :dunno:

  • When I was swimming at a high level we lifted two mornings a week in lieu of swimming. That was all. Now, I always (save once, when I had owies everywhere!) have a good swim workout after I lift, run, or ride. I'm all warmed up when I get in. It's great. I would have no desire to lift after swimming, too tired. And as some have said, I'd probably hurt myself!
