My new monofin showed up in the mail today. :banana:
So now that I have this toy, does anyone have any great sets, tips for use etc? I'm resting my shoulder, so I figure I have a lot of time to play around with it. If I accidently get a much firmer stomach in the process, that wouldn't be so bad.

Poolraat maybe you can help me with some basics. How do I put the thing on in the pool without drowning? The shallow end of the pool is 4.5 feet deep and I'm only 5.5 tall, so I'll thinking the life guards are going to be laughing watching me try to get my feet into the monofin. And what about pushing off the wall?
