I've been working out by myself and I have a hard time doing intervals because I can't see very well without my glasses. By the time I whip off my googles and squint at the clock my rest period is about over. Any suggestions?

Thankfully I mostly practice at a place with digital clocks which are a lot easier to read. Some other things you can try... let someone who can see lead the lane have the person behind you or lane next to you) tell you when to go move closer to the clock wear a watch go to a different pool w/ a clock you can see if you can see digital clocks, request your pool to get one good luck!
