Workout

I just started swimming again after a few years off. I am looking for a good workout to get back into swimming. I am a good/intermediate swimmer but have never really had a set workout routine. I usually just go to the pool and swim laps 3-4 days a week. I just started again last week and am doing 20 laps/freestyle right now. I usually go 5 laps and then take a break. Just wanted to know a good beginner/intermediate routine that will improve my skills. I.E. breathing techniques, strokes(mainly freestyle), form, and other equipment I can use such as hand fins, boards, etc... to improve. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
