I've been running quite a bit the last couple of years, running events up to 50 miles. Now I've decided to get back in the pool and maybe even enter some meets. (But no triathlons, absolutely not in the plans).
It's been 20+ years since I did organized swim workouts and I just can't seem to remember what to do in the first few workouts. Should I just do a lot of long slow distance or should I do some intervals? Any help and guidance would be appreciated.:help:
