Does anyone swim with a resistance belt similar to StretchCordz? I just ordered one from Kiefer.com so I can start swimming in my apartment complex's small pool, but I figure I can bring it on business trips because hotel pools don't offer much room for laps.
Anyone have any tips or workouts? I plan on doing distance by just swimming for 5-15 minutes nonstop, and sprints by swimming hard for short bursts until I get tired. It's not the same as a lap pool, but it's exercise nonetheless!

When I go to Mexico and want to swim in the Pool at Laguna Del Tule I use a stretch cord when I want to do a work out, they work better then not swimming. www.bungalowslagunadeltule.com.mx/
