Does anyone swim with a resistance belt similar to StretchCordz? I just ordered one from Kiefer.com so I can start swimming in my apartment complex's small pool, but I figure I can bring it on business trips because hotel pools don't offer much room for laps.
Anyone have any tips or workouts? I plan on doing distance by just swimming for 5-15 minutes nonstop, and sprints by swimming hard for short bursts until I get tired. It's not the same as a lap pool, but it's exercise nonetheless!

Well, I tried the belt in my apartment complex pool. It works okay for free and back as long as I don't glide too long. For breaststroke and fly, though, the tension on the tubing makes it impossible to glide without being pulled backward. I guess it's better than nothing, though!
