Everyday I do a workout written by Mel, I am so happy afterwards that he takes the tiem to to them. Today's workout was exactly the type I love to do
Overall, we are very lucky to have the three weekly workouts designed for all types of swimmers at so many levels. People can say all they want about the covers being bad, the story content and other things about the magazine. I think the workouts are the best reason to be a member. I know that my membership dues go towards helping get these workouts on the discussion thread.
