I had my first swim meet since this summer last Saturday and realized I'm haven't been training for sprints very well. My 100 IM improved almost 3 seconds, but my 50 back and 50 fly were both almost 2 seconds slower than my previous bests. I have another meet next saturday, April 8. What can I do between now and then to help improve my sprints?

just keep working on your sprints, but really concentrate on a strong six beat kick for the whole sprint? Will the meet be short course or long course?
