My 54 year old joints are screaming that I have to cut way back on my 3Kplus Masters workouts. However, my generally athletic, but non-passionate swimming 18 year old wants to surprise her summer league coach & boyfriend (a college team swimmer) with bursts of speed and less lactic acid issues. We've done the summer league together in the past and I hate to abandon her this summer. We'd love to figure out a work-out that will prepare us for speedy 50's & 100's without extra laps which grind my shoulders and keep her from time on her horse. We'd appreciate any ideas!
