Hi all,
I would be interested in how many sessions other masters swimmers are doing and what distance per workout. I'm only swimming 4 sessions a week. At the moment it's taper week until next weekend so only swimming 1500m. Also, how many of you do strength training and how often. Do you also watch carefully your nutritional input? Sorry for all the questions, I really want to give my swimming all I can this year. It's been awhile so want to head off in the right direction.

We swim 5x per week:
M/W/F/Sa: We swim 4500-5200 Yards per practice
On Sunday we do ocean swims up to 5000 yards in 1.5 hours.
We post are workouts if you're interested in seeing them.
