To anybody out there...
I have been out of the water for a long time (years) and would like to get back into a workout routine.
Do any of you have any "getting back in the water" workouts for someone like myself? Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi i'm in a similar situation just started swimming again for the first time in 10 years.
First time i got in i was only able to swim 6 lengths with about a 5 min break between each.
I found this on site hope it usefull (www.personal.psu.edu/.../ZeroTo1mile.html)
It's really hard work but well worth it.
Keep it up and most importantly have a good time.
