I would like to improve my breastroke and I was wondering if anyone knew of any ways outside of the water to improve it. I work in fitness centers and lift weights and I would just like to know if any one has any suggestions on what to do to make my breastroke faster and stronger. What muscles do I need to work out? And how should I work them out? Also, any ideas on improving my sprinting time in free style would be helpful as well. Thanks in advance.
