Looking for some "fun/entertaining" sets to add to Masters workout.
I'm aware of Dog/Rabbit and Leap Frog but was looking for other suggestions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fun one we used to do was with a Dart Board. Coach had some different sets on folded up pieces of paper attached to a dart board. He set it up on the side of the pool and had swimmers throw a dart at the board for the set. The sets were from the mundane (100's) to what he called "the worst": sprint a length, get out, and walk back. :) A lot of them were short sets, or relays (fun and "real"). It was fun, but it also served a purpose of working somethings into a practice you might not otherwise do: Starts, relay changes, etc.

I think its all about the music, atleast that is what keeps me motivated while i try to get back into shape. The music helps me with rythem and encourages me to go faster so i can have a longer rest interval to hear the tunes. A good musical beat leads to a good heart beat.
