I was looking for some kind of workout schedule for 100-meter freestyle sprint races. My personal best is 1:02, and my goal is to swimm below 60 seconds.
I have been currently swimming 2 hours a day, 6 times a week for the last couple of months. I start with 200 meters very slow and then I begin swimming harder, doing some drills, swimmin only with legs, and then only with arms, etc, ending with another 200 meters very slow.
Considering that I train 2 hours a day, I think I should be doing much better so I guess I am not following the best trainning schedule to say the least.
I am 185 cm high, 73 kilograms weight, and 29 years old.
