Hi all How to train breaststroker. I never see breaststroker's workout week by week. If you have breaststroker's season workout please tell me. Thank you.

    To be swum in a 50m Pool WARM UP 1 x 200m Freestyle – long stroke. MAIN SET 1 x 200m Breaststroke (even paced) :30 sec's rest 2 x Building to the end and still holding the stroke LONG. :30 sec's rest 2 x 200m as strong pace and working the ***. 1:00 rest 2 x 200m as strong pace and working the ***. 1 minutes rest 2 x 150m as building to the end. 2 x 150m as @ :30 sec’s RI 1 minutes rest 2 x 150m as @ :30 sec’s RI 1 minutes rest 2 x 100m Strong swims on 2:00 as 1 minutes rest 1 x 200m *** kick – work hips :30 sec's rest 8 x 25m Fr/ style underwater as far as possible, no breaths on 1:00 WARM DOWN 1 x 200m CHOICE STROKE SWUM EASY.
